The Unroot Method™ is a Trauma-Informed Four-Step Framework that helps you understand emotional patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting change. Rather than asking What’s wrong with me?” you’ll learn to ask, “Where did this pattern come from?

Through guided self-inquiry, reflection, and somatic awareness, gently explore the experiences, beliefs, or survival responses that may have shaped the pattern. This step isn’t about blame, it’s about understanding.
